Save more time with our new Pathways SMS Replies
We are excited to launch a new feature we’ve been working on in our Pathways system. SMS messages sent from a Pathway can now prompt the patient for a reply. This means your patient’s response can then determine the next step in the pathway workflow, giving them more control over their care journey, and giving you more information about their needs.
This not only saves valuable admin time but improves the patient journey.
The Pathway possibilities are almost limitless and unique to you and we’re excited to work with you to discover how our new feature can help you. Some ideas that we have brainstormed already include; allowing patients to opt-in or out of care plans and asking patients to decide on the route forward, e.g. contact me now, book an appointment, remind me in a month, etc.
