Session Templates, available for everyone

Last year we introduced Session Templates giving you the ablility to construct complex, multipart clinical sessions easily. These templates allow you to block out days, weeks, or any custom time period, proving especially beneficial for non-reoccurring sessions.

We are exciting to announce that we are removing the feature flag, enabling you to activate Session Templates yourselves. For more information please refer to our Knowledge Base article and don't hesitate to get in touch if you need any help or have any questions. 

Enhanced Visibility of Invoice Balances in Credit or Debt

Invoice balances will now be accompanied by a (CR) or (DR) identifier, providing clearer indication of whether the invoice is in credit or debit. This enhancement improves visibility and usability for accounting teams, while also enhancing accessibility.

Performance Enhancements

We've optimised the work item system to enhance performance, notably by accelerating the assignment of security permissions to new work items.

Fast Booking Portal API Documentation Now Accessible

We're pleased to announce that the Fast Booking portal API documentation, featuring 'anonymous search' and 'anonymous booking' calls, is now here:

This resource empowers customers collaborating with external or internal developers to create enhanced Fast Booking Portals. For specific details, refer to Section 6, page 69.
