Removal of Legacy 'RDL' Reporting:

As part of our continuous improvement commitment, we are retiring a legacy reporting solution that our current Report Builder has superseded. Please don't worry- if you are using an affected report our Account Management team has been in touch to discuss how to replace it. If you need more information or would like to learn more about our Report Builder please let us know.

Easily select the correct Invoice Template for printing

We've improved the interface for printing invoices from templates. Now, even with a large number of invoice templates, users can easily select their preferred template without hassle.

Rectified: Incorrect Appointment Entries on Patient Portal

Previously, raising a bill for products and services directly to a patient would inadvertently create incorrect appointment entries on the Patient Portal Existing Appointments view. We've addressed this issue, ensuring that invoices without appointments no longer trigger entries.

Stock Records Import Improvements

We've refined error messaging related to importing stock records, ensuring accuracy in identifying any missing common catalogue items that need creating before the import can proceed successfully.

Database Performance Improvements

We've made several improvements, refining the interaction between the application and database layers to improve overall performance, reliability, and user experience.
