Employees who receive an Outcome Report link following an Occupational Health referral will experience improved accessibility. Instead of viewing the report within the same webpage, employees will now see a button to download and open the report. This change ensures that the report can be accessed more easily on any device, without issues caused by mobile internet browsers.

We’ve implemented a new postcode lookup service. While current users may not notice significant changes immediately, this update is a stepping stone towards future functionality, including the ability to look up addresses globally and not just in the UK.

• New Changes: There will be no immediate change in functionality. The new service will continue to return the same UK addresses that the Royal Mail service did. However, patients registering via the Patient Portal will notice a slight change. The House Number field will be removed in this release, meaning patients will now find their address using only the postcode.
• Mid-Term Changes: In the near future, we’ll introduce a more flexible address search feature, allowing users to find addresses more easily even if they don't enter the exact details. This update will make the process quicker and more user-friendly for both Meddbase users and patients.

When you import data into the system, it will now recognise and correctly apply any Custom Person Statuses you’ve created, such as "New Patient," "Under Review," or "VIP." This update provides you with greater flexibility and control over how you categorise and manage your data according to your specific needs.

Quickly see whether an invoice represents a credit (CR) or debit (DR) right from the Appointment Home page. This improvement provides clearer financial insights at a glance, making it easier to manage and review your financial records.
