If you want certain billing rules to only apply for a particular group of patients, then it is sensible to create a separate charge band for that group. To create a new charge band:
- Click the small + icon next to your company name
- Click Add rule
- Click New Chargeband...
Configuration options for the charge band will appear on the right-hand side.
From here, you may name the charge band and select which rules apply for patients that belong to it. Please see Adding rules to a charge band for further guidance.
