Adding Contacts

Meddbase can allow for contacts to be stored allowing for a 'virtual' address to be formed. In order to be able to add a contact from the Start Page there is an option 'Contacts'.

This can be selected to display a list of contacts already added to your contact list and additional contacts can be listed. This is done be selecting 'New Contact'. (Start Page > Contacts > New Contact).

Once this has been selected Meddbase will ask for the information to be added to your chosen contact record.

Here Meddbase allows for the contacts information to be added, such as name, contact numbers, email address and postal address. Once all data has been added the record needs to be saved which is done by selecting 'Save'.

Should these details ever needed to be updated this can be done by simply clicking on the contact record.
