Patient Registration

In order to register a new patient within your Meddbase system, go to Start Page > Patient > Add Patient - Here you will be provided with a patient registration form to fill in. The minimum requirements for patient registration are:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Sex
• Date of Birth (Unless otherwise specified in the application configuration)

There are many more fields that can be filled in at this point, though these will be covered later in ‘The Personal Details Page’ section of this manual.
