What is the Context?


Healthcode provides a platform for customers to manage and view the status of their bills online. Users may occasionally require assistance with various functionalities within their Healthcode account and related services. 

Meddbase provides an integration to Healthcode which allows screening of invoices to be facilitated through the Meddbase Platform and receive real time feedback from Healthcode regarding invoicing.

Customers can log in to their Healthcode account to view the status of their bills. To log in, please visit:

Support Options for Healthcode Users



If you need assistance with any of the following, please contact Healthcode:

  • Signing into your Healthcode Account: Assistance with setting up or removing new users, configuring settings, and managing subscriptions.
  • Configuring Existing ePractice/HC VEDA Sites: Help with adding or removing practitioners, treatment sites, or Payee Providers. Note: Customers can manage practitioners directly in VEDA.
  • Billing Issues: Support for sporadic billing concerns or guidance on resolving failed bills.
  • PPR Profile Applications: Assistance with applications related to PPR profiles.
