Internal Meddbase mail is encrypted allowing you to send patient data safely to other Meddbase users. The internal mail can also be used to send and receive mail from external parties.
To find your Meddbase email address go to the Start Page > Admin > User Management. Click on the user profile to load their user information.

You will see the Meddbase email address listed below the username. This email address will take the form ‘clientcode.username@meddbase.co.uk’. Any slashes used within the username will be replaced by ‘.’
