There are various ways to view invoices:
From the action menu of the company or patient home page, go to accounts. All invoices for the company between specific dates will be displayed.
Use the date picker on the left to select a 'To' and 'From' date.
Tick the invoice types you wish to view. i.e. all sent patient invoices with a remaining balance. Hit refresh and the invoices will be displayed.
Note: to view a specific date, you must also select the following date. The date time runs from 0:00 to 0:00.
For example, to view the 19th of August, select from the 19th to the 20th of August. This will show all invoices for the 19th of August only.
Click the invoice to load the invoice details.
All items in the invoice will be displayed along with the patient or company name and ID number. If the invoice has been marked as not sent, you may still add items to the invoice, remove items or change prices.
Viewing invoices from an appointment
From side by side schedules, click on an appointment which has been marked as "Arrived". You'll be taken to the appointment homepage where an appointment specific invoice will have been generated.
Click the invoice to load the invoice details.
All items in the invoice will be displayed along with the patient or company name and ID number. If the invoice has been marked as not sent, you may still add items to the invoice, remove items or change prices.
View Invoice from the Accounts section
From the start page click accounts
This will load all invoices between a specific date range.
Use the date picker on the left to select a 'To' and 'From' date.
