Setting up Appointment Confirmations

Appointment confirmations can be set up to send via email or SMS. The confirmation is sent as soon as the booking is made.

To edit the appointment confirmation email/SMS:

  1. Go to Admin > Configuration
  2. Select Task checker from the options on the left
  3. Edit the content of the email/SMS message field
  4. Click Save.

If it's for a specific appointment:

  1. Go to Admin > Appointment admin
  2. Select an appointment type and click Edit
  3. Edit the content of the confirmation email/SMS message field
  4. Click Save.

Note: Each text sent is charged to your account. There is no additional charge for email alerts.
