Appointment confirmations can be set up to send via email or SMS. The confirmation is sent as soon as the booking is made.
To edit the appointment confirmation email/SMS:
- Go to Admin > Configuration
- Select Task checker from the options on the left
- Edit the content of the email/SMS message field
- Click Save.
If it's for a specific appointment:
- Go to Admin > Appointment admin
- Select an appointment type and click Edit
- Edit the content of the confirmation email/SMS message field
- Click Save.
Note: Each text sent is charged to your account. There is no additional charge for email alerts.
