Much like computer screen savers, Meddbase has a time-sensitive screen saver for security purposes. Once the screensaver becomes active, a user will be prompted to re-enter their password.
To change the length of time a user must be inactive to trigger the screen saver go to Start Page > Admin > Configuration > Application.
The 5th field in ‘Application’ section will read Screensaver Timeout (minutes), once you have entered your preferred time click the ‘Save’ button to save your changes.
