Should you ever need to bill a patient for a product or service outside of an appointment, you may do this through the patient home page. Find the patient you wish to bill and click the 'Raise bill for products and services’ link to bring up the services dialogue box.
Just as in an appointment, all services provided according to the patient’s default charge band are available to select here. You may change the charge band from the default to any other charge band by clicking the ‘New payer’ button.
Adding the services you require and modifying the price if desired, click 'Proceed' to generate an invoice. Just as in an appointment, the details of this invoice can be varied up until the time the invoice is marked sent.
