Deny Services Rule

For use in conjunction with price lists. Where ‘Provide all services’ is ticked on a price list you may use this rule to deny services when certain criteria are met.

The options for deny services rules are:

• Name - Set the name of the rule
• Deny Services When…
  1. Primary Doctor is - Rule only applies if a specific doctor is attending
  2. Site is - Rule only applies if the appointment is at a specific site
  3. Location is - Rule only applies if the appointment is in a specific location
  4. Tag is - Rule only applies if the ‘Billing Tag’ for a session is equal to the text field
• Services to Deny - Select which services to deny when the above criteria are met
