Email Server

If you find emails are not being sent out by your system (such as a password reset failing), you may find that the email server is not correct within your application settings.

To check this, go to the Start Page > Admin > Configuration where you will find the ‘Email’ section.

If you are using the Meddbase server, you should fill in the ‘SMTP’ section labelled ‘Server’ with ‘’.

Save this change, and emails will send to external accounts from your system.
