Email Server

If you find emails are not being sent out by your system (such as a password reset failing), you may find that the email server is not correct within your application settings.

To check this, go to the Start Page > Admin > Configuration where you will find the ‘Email’ section.

If you are using the Meddbase server, you should fill in the ‘SMTP’ section labelled ‘Server’ with ‘smarthost.mm-sys.co.uk’.

Save this change, and emails will send to external accounts from your system.
