Receiving a referral

On the left-hand side of the Start Page is an incoming referral work item folder which will contain any referrals you receive.

The incoming referral work item list will not be visible until you receive your first referral. There must be at least one active referral for the referral work list to be visible.

When you receive your first referral, the inbox will become visible with a number next to it, highlighting how many referrals are available.

In order to see an incoming referral, you must either be the consultant receiving the referral or a member of the Incoming Referrals Administrator role group.

To view all incoming referrals that require action, click on Incoming Referrals in the Work list.
