If you find that you keep being brought back to the log in page, when trying to log into the OH or Patient portal using Google Chrome, the please follow the steps below:
On Google Chrome click the vertical 'ellipses' and then 'Settings'
Click 'Site Settings'
Click into 'Cookies and Site Data'
Finally, add [*.]meddbase.com into the 'Allow' section
This should resolve the issue.
