If you're confident that your billing rules are correct, but an appointment type or service is still not appearing when you go to raise a bill or book and appointment, then you may need to rebuild the relevant charge band to reflect the latest changes.
To do this:
- Go to Admin > Billing rules
- Click on the relevant charge band
- Click Rebuilding > Rebuild this charge band
Wait for the wheel in the top-right to finish spinning, then try booking an appointment/raising a bill again. If the service you're looking for is still not appearing, it may be due to the setup of that particular charge band. If this is the case, please contact support with details of the charge band and the service you expect to appear.
