  1. From the Start page, select Admin
  2. In the Admin panel, select Work
  3. Under Configure Work Types menu select Occupational Health

Portal Notifications


The following actions will trigger a notification in the Occupational Health Portal. Based on the manager's contact options, they will also receive an email/SMS.

  • Referral discharged/rejected (the notification text is generated based on the referral state, e.g.: Referral has been released but the patient refused the medical report
  • A shared collaboration message/reply posted
  • SLA notifications: appointment was not booked/placed within SLA, contact protocol was not followed within the SLA, medical report was not finished within the SLA,
  • A shared document has been deleted/restored
  • An employee download the OH report
  • A referral has been reallocated
