Hot fix eFax 20th March 2020
As part of our ongoing efforts to keep Meddbase running smoothly, especially during this critical time, we’ll be rolling out a hot fix to your Meddbase system on the 20th March 2020 at 10pm. This Hotfix relates to a password complexity issue with our eFax prescribing system.
The total amount of downtime should be no longer than 2 minutes, but please be aware that your users will be logged out of the system automatically when the update is rolled out.
