Notice of Scheduled Maintenance
We wanted to get in touch to let you know about our plans for continued maintenance of the Meddbase system.
Going forward, we will be completing regular required maintenance to Meddbase as follows:
- UK and Europe: Mondays and Wednesdays after 22:30 GMT/BST.
- Canada: Tuesdays and Thursdays after 09:00 GMT (03:00 CST) and after 09:00 BST (02:00 CST).
There could be an interruption to the service within these times whilst we perform the necessary maintenance tasks. However, to avoid disruption, all releases will be scheduled after 22:30 BST/GMT (or 02:00 CST in Canada) unless otherwise stated.
If a scheduled maintenance release sits on a UK Bank Holiday (for example, the first and last Monday in May and the last Monday in August) the maintenance will go ahead the next working day. This means this Tuesday 1st June at 22:30 BST maintenance will go ahead instead of Monday 31st May (UK Bank Holiday).
Ongoing maintenance is an important part of our plan to future proof the system, to make sure it remains stable as both you and we grow.
At every release, we have engineers on hand to make sure that this process happens smoothly, and will always aim to have access restored as soon as possible to minimise any disruption to you.
