Welcome to the latest edition of the Meddbase customer newsletter - keeping you in the loop with product news and company announcements.

As a Meddbase user, this edition is all about you.

We want to introduce you to our new User Feedback Platform, UserVoice, and share a couple of the top feature recommendations we have already received from fellow Meddbase subscribers.

You can make your own views and feature requests heard, when you sign up to Meddbase UserVoice and suggest features, or upvote and comment on other users' suggestions.

We also have a new blog post by Product Owner Sam Wood explaining why customer feedback like yours matters so much to us, and we begin our new spotlight series on Meddbase's customer-focused team members, introducing you to one of our dedicated Account Managers, Ellie.

Introducing Meddbase UserVoice

Meddbase has been shaped by user feedback for over 16 years and we have designed our software to serve client needs every step of the way.

Now we've taken that one stage further by giving you the ability to have a direct impact on our development decisions.

Meddbase's dedicated user feedback platform, UserVoice, in now live - so if you have comments, ideas, suggestions, or a request for a feature which you think should make it into the Meddbase product, you can share them directly with our Product Owners and Development Team.

These ideas have been gaining a lot of attention recently, if you like the sound of either of these feature requests you can upvote them in UserVoice: make your voice heard by voting for features that matter to you and your business, and we will do our part in prioritising the feature in our development cycle.

Sign up or sign into UserVoice to upvote these requests - or make your own suggestion.
