Release Notes - 12th July 2022

We'll be releasing the next update to your Meddbase system on the 25th of July. Below you'll find some details of what exactly we'll be releasing.

You'll notice that there is a very select number of features being released this time around, but there is plenty of exciting development in the works which we'll be releasing in the coming months too, so stay tuned for more updates to come!

Straightforward Status Updates

You might already be aware of our Status Page, where you can see news about upcoming maintenance, get updates about downtime and check the current status of your Meddbase application.

From this release, we're making it easier to check the status of Meddbase by adding the current status to the login page - you'll be able to see some details about any upcoming downtime as well as get a live up to date indication of the status of your service.

Discerning Document Sharing

If you use the Occupational Health Portal to share documentation with your client managers, you might be interested to try out a new feature, releasing this month, that allows you to control which managers can see certain Document Types.

With this feature enabled, you will be able to control which Document Types are visible to OH Portal users, and carefully control which users can see which Document Types.

If you'd like to know more about this feature or talk about enabling it, please get in touch with your Client Account Manager .

Resolute Reliability

As with every release, we're taking the opportunity to squash bugs, improve performance, and ensure the highest levels of reliability. You can read all about the latest improvements on our Ongoing Maintenance Release Notes page.

If you spot something that doesn't look right; see it, say it sort it (or send us a support ticket).

Excluding hotfixes, our maintenance windows are as follows:

UK & Europe: Mondays and Wednesdays after 22:30 BST/GMT.
USA & Canada: Tuesdays and Thursdays after 09:00 GMT (03:00 CST) and after 09:00 BST (02:00 CST).

All releases will be scheduled after 22:30 BST/GMT unless otherwise stated. A brief period of downtime can be expected with these times.
