[BETA] Introducing Our New Fast Booking Portal!

Last year we updated you on our plans to revamp our Patient Portal and we're thrilled to announce that step one in this project, a new Fast Booking Portal has been underway and the first beta release is making its debut this month. This upgraded version showcases new API calls, a user-friendly WCAG-compliant accessible user interface, and notable enhancements in performance and workflow.

This is just the beginning and we will have many more updates during the next few months but if you'd like to be one of the first clients to experience this, please contact your Account Manager.

E-prescribe directly from a Prescription Task 

In the latest phase of our dynamic integration with Signature pharmacies, we're thrilled to introduce a game-changing feature: e-prescribing directly from a prescription task. This means users now have even more avenues to engage with the Signature SRX system, streamlining the prescription process and ensuring medications reach patients swiftly.

Import Layer Improvements

We've supercharged our import capabilities with four key improvements for a smoother experience.

1. Enjoy added support for custom preparation descriptions
2. Witness improved behavior when importing patient custom fields, duplicate field keys will be correctly flagged during the import process.
3. Importing invoices has never been easier with automatic 'next invoice number' setup after every import.
4. Profile Status can now be effortlessly updated through the import layer.

Refined Enhancements and Issue Resolutions

Our latest round of improvements and defect resolutions for a smoother user experience include:

1. Improve efficiency with performance enhancements to the SNOMED query system, removing some previous concerns about poor performance on the consultation screen.

2. Clinical Forms will look less cluttered when sections are hidden due to visibility conditions.

3. Take control of your appointments – users can now discharge without the 'View Company Accounts' permission, providing more flexibility in your workflow.

4. Bid farewell to a pesky issue: printed medical record sections will now correctly display the date/time, instead of displaying an encoded value.

5. Streamlined functionality: closing a warning dialogue in the clinical form system won't hinder other functions during the episode, ensuring a seamless experience.

6. Visualise patient data with precision – resolved an issue that stopped graphs from showing the change in a patient data field over time from displaying. These will now load correctly.
