Opayo Zero Value Authorisation

Our new Zero Value Authorisation (ZVA) feature, integrated with the Opayo API, allows users to verify and store payment card details without requiring an immediate transaction. This is particularly useful for scenarios where card validity needs to be checked and stored for future use, such as potential cancellation fees.

Users can authorise cards via a new action on the Patient Home Page by selecting 'Authorise Card'.

Please note:

• Payment Method Dropdown: Only online payment types will be selectable from this dropdown menu.
• 'Amount' Field: Is not present nor required as the authorisation will be for a zero value.

Improved Audit Logging for Prescription Activity

Prescribing now generates a distinct, searchable, and filterable audit event labeled 'New Patient Prescription' in both system and patient activity logs, making it easier to differentiate from other 'Patient Medical Record Changed' events.

Better User Experience Changing Document Titles with Punctuation Marks

When creating or editing a document in Meddbase using the document editor, users can include punctuation marks in the title and edit them afterwards.

Fixed Issue with Selecting Contacts to Email

An issue where company names containing special characters made it impossible to select one of that company's contacts for emailing has been resolved. And top marks to anyone who notices our updates to some of the icons and styling on this screen! 

Improved Error Message for Recall Creation

Previously, when creating a recall and trying to save without selecting an appointment type, users would receive the unhelpful message 'There was a problem'. This has been updated to the more informative 'Appointment type cannot be empty'.
