We’re thrilled to kick off 2025 with some fantastic news—our revamped support process is officially live! We've already received great feedback, and it’s exciting to see how these updates are making a real difference for you.

New Support Experience

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving your experience in 2025, we’ve made significant upgrades to our support process. Our primary focus is to:

  • Enhance the quality of our responses
  • Speed up resolution times
  • Minimise back-and-forth on tickets

Here’s what’s new:
 

1. Raising support tickets
  • When submitting a ticket, you’ll now choose from four options to specify your request. This helps us triage your ticket more efficiently and resolve your issue faster

2. Tracking Support Tickets
  • You can now track, filter, and search the status of your tickets, providing greater transparency into how we’re progressing with your queries.
