Release Notes - 13th February 2023

We'll be releasing the next update to your Meddbase system on the 27th of February at 22:30 GMT for our UK and EU customers, and the 28th of February at 03:00 CST for our US and Canadian customers.

Below you'll find some details of exactly what we'll be releasing.

Super Session Templating

Does your current workload involve spending time building complex, multipart sessions in your clinical diaries? Then this release has something for you.

With the new Session Templating feature, you'll be able to build templates for clinical sessions, save them for later use, share them with the rest of your organisation and seamlessly use them to block out time in your clinical diaries. There is the option to block out days, weeks or any custom time period with these sessions, which is especially useful when they aren't recurring.

Magical Meeting Recurrence

Another great improvement to the schedule and diary management systems in Meddbase comes with recurring meetings. From this release onwards, you'll be able to add recurrence to meetings you book into your Meddbase calendar. Super useful for everything from weekly team meetings (with or without inbuilt video conferencing), to daily lunch breaks.

Resolute Reliability

As with every release, we're taking the opportunity to squash bugs, improve performance, and ensure the highest levels of reliability. You can read all about the latest minor improvements and fixes here, and if you spot something that doesn't look right; see it, say it sort it (or send us a support ticket).

Excluding hotfixes, our maintenance windows are as follows:

UK & Europe: Mondays and Wednesdays after 22:30 BST/GMT.
USA & Canada: Tuesdays and Thursdays after 09:00 GMT (03:00 CST) and after 09:00 BST (02:00 CST).

All releases will be scheduled after 22:30 BST/GMT unless otherwise stated. A brief period of downtime can be expected with these times.
