New Security Permissions Now Live

Propagate Page Layout; allowing you to:

  • Save my layout for everyone and as company default
  • Reset everyone to company default layout
  • Reset everyone to factory default layout

Users can now apply custom layouts across teams by saving layouts as company defaults, and resetting layouts for all users to either company or factory defaults, enhancing consistency and control over user interface settings.

New Security Permissions Coming Soon!

On November 25, we’ll launch a new Site Management tile in the Admin area for users with the ‘Can Modify Sites’ permission, enabling managers to oversee site settings without full admin access.

This change allows defined users (e.g managers) to create and manage sites without needing System Administration permissions.

If users have the ‘Can Modify Sites' permission they will be able to access the new Site Management tile to:

  • Add a new site
  • Add a new location
  • Set Favourite Sites

For more information please read our article here

Clear Access Denied Messages

Sometimes users may get blocked from certain actions that they need to complete due to the security settings. In these cases we’ve improved the messaging so the user can request the necessary permission from the certificate owner.
